Role

UX Designer

Worked on flow structure, interface direction, and high-fidelity screens.

Problem Area

Fragmented booking journey

Focused on reducing friction between browsing, selecting a session, and completing a booking.

Focus

Browse to checkout flow

Prioritised the main path from browsing through to confirmation.

Key Outputs

Flow, screens, prototype

Produced screens covering discovery, booking, payment, and confirmation.

QuickFlix explored a simpler mobile booking journey for moviegoers, from discovery through to payment and confirmation.

Browsing, showtime selection, and payment often feel fragmented. The task was to design a clearer end-to-end booking flow.

Analysis and delivery work

  • Mapped the core user journey from discovery to booking confirmation.
  • Defined the key screens needed to support browsing, seat selection, payment, and account access.
  • Built a high-fidelity interface with strong visual hierarchy and task-focused layouts.
  • Used interface states to make the booking process feel more guided and less fragmented.
